Evelyne Tsague
Revenue Watch International, Yaoundé

Evelyne Tsague is the Revenue Watch Institute Deputy Regional Coordinator for Africa, with a special focus on francophone countries. In her position Evelyne Tsague assists in coordinating the organization‘s research, advocacy, technical assistance and capacity building for Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to RWI, Evelyne Tsague worked at Catholic Relief Services – Cameroon (CRS/CM) as a Human Rights and Extractives Industries Program Manager and has more than 7 years of human rights and Governance issues experience.

Adamou Labara
International Finance Corporation, Kinshasa

Having studied economic science in Cameroon and attained a masters in Great Britain, Adamou Labara returned to Cameroon to work for the Bank of Credit and Commerce Cameroon and the Standard Chartered Bank Cameroon. In 1998, he joined the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where he worked as regional representative in different IFC regional offices in Abidjan, Dakar, Douala and Johannesburg. In 2003 he was appointed head of the IFC‘s regional office in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Marie-Ange Kalenga
Publish What You Pay, Yaoundé

Since 2008, Marie-Ange Kalenga has been the Africa regional coordinator of the Publish What You Pay campaign. Having worked in PR and PR consultancy, she has helped organise large-scale campaigns. Prior to that, she was the Communications and Media Officer for the African secretariat of the Global Call to Action Against Poverty initiative and for Human Rights Watch and Search for Common Ground. With a BA in International Relations and African Studies, Marie-Ange has also studied comparative development at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris.

Richard Sherrington
Wardell Armstrong, Stoke-on-Trent

Dr Richard Sherrington is a Senior Social Scientist for UK-based social, environmental and engineering consultancy Wardell Armstrong LLP. Prior to joining Wardell Armstrong he was a post-doctoral Fellow at the Department of Social Anthropology and Centre for African Studies at the University of Cambridge, where he still enjoys formal associateship. He is a seasoned socio-economist with fifteen years experience in international development and has extensive research and strategy consultancy experience in the mineral resources sector. Richard has advised clients such as De Beers, Barrick Gold and Rio Tinto on issues relating to ASM, CSR and social change management especially in Africa. Above all, he is interested in developing ways to achieve socially and environmentally sustainable resource extraction which accord equitable wealth and welfare creation for all stakeholders.

Manfred Dahlheimer
German Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources, Hanover

Before joining the German Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR) in 1991, Manfred Dahlheimer worked for the Peruvian mining company Centomin Perú and the German company Metallgesellschaft. He has a degree in mineralogy and a doctorate in economic geology. At BGR, he was responsible for the division for mining and the environment from 1991 to 1997, and for the area of Mineral Economics from 1997 to 2003. Since 2003, he has managed the regional department Africa and America, part of the International Cooperation division.

Erick Maville
Global Business Action on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Paris

Erick Maville is the regional director of the European office of the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria initiative. He supports member companies of the initiative by providing expertise on HIV/AIDS prevention, therapy and care, and helps them take advantage of opportunities for cooperating with other actors in this area. With a doctorate in science, Erick has been working for ten years on HIV/AIDS. A lot of this time was spent in Africa, where he had provided advisory services to the Centre for Childhood and Family in Côte d‘Ivoire and the UNDP in Burkina Faso.

Pierre Yéte is the deputy director of the Unit for Commerce, Industry and Tourism of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa, Bangui

Since 2003, Alamine Ousmane Mey has been Director General of the Afriland First Bank, Cameroon‘s first private bank that is not foreign-owned. A qualified financial expert and electrical engineer, Alamine studied in Germany, Belgium, Tunisia and other countries. He is a member of the board of a number of companies, including SAFAR S.A., an insurance company in Chad, and SACONETS S.A., a telecommunications company in Cameroon. Since 2004, he has been chairperson of the Gatsby Foundation in Cameroon.
